I used to love this app, but it forced me to update and now I can't log in. The app keeps crashing before I can even log in. Hopefully this is resolved soon. I even uninstalled then reinstalled, but still have the same problems.

There's a nice convenience factor with this app. That was until making a payment stopped working. After you click on the card to make the payment, to process, that's where it just spins forever. This has been going on now for at least a month. Now I have to go on to the computer to pay my bill which works fine.

At least I can pay the bill but the whole point to have a app to me to hopefully fulfill what used to be.. Just by looking at the old meter I knew how many kilowatts being drawn instantly. On the app they only give you history its not live and since they replaced ours with digital meters theres been alot of high bills
